This app is used for healthcare patients to have a telemedicine video interaction with their clinicians.

-login/logout/create new account
-intake form for consulting
-telemed note for patient
-connect/hangup video call
-mute/un-mute the camera
-mute/un-mute the microphone
-switch front/back camera
-open/close "my_view" window (this is the window showing the patient)
